Terms of sale

Last updated: October 2026

These terms of sale apply to every ticket bought through ClicCash Events (events.cliccash.com). By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

ClicCash Events is operated by the ClicCash group, made up of:

  • ClicCash Limited, Unit 16, Royal Palm Place, Friars Hill Road, St. John's, Antigua and Barbuda (Company No. C0388/2024); and
  • ClicCash Technologies Canada Ltd., 3435 Rue Drummond, Montreal, QC H3G 1X8, Canada.

The seller of your order is shown at checkout and on your receipt. That seller is the merchant of record for your order.

2. Prices and payment

  • Tickets are paid for by credit or debit card, on our payment processor's hosted page.
  • Prices are shown in EC$, plus a customer fee per ticket shown before you pay. Card payments are charged in EC$. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it and may add its own fee.
  • The customer fee is shown before you confirm your order.

3. Your ticket

  • A ticket is a revocable licence to enter the event. It is not property that you own.
  • Your order is confirmed by email straight after payment. Your QR e-ticket is released by email and in the ClicCash app 48 hours before the event, to protect against fraud and unauthorised resale. See our Delivery policy.
  • One scan per ticket. The first valid scan admits the ticket holder. Any later scan of the same ticket is refused, so do not share or post your ticket or its code.
  • We or the organiser may revoke a ticket and refuse entry if it was obtained by fraud, if the payment is reversed, or if it was resold in breach of section 4.
  • Entry is also subject to the organiser's venue rules, including security checks and any age limit announced for the event.

4. Resale

You may not resell a ticket for more than the price you paid for it. A ticket resold above that price may be cancelled and entry refused.

5. The event and the organiser

The organiser of each event is responsible for the event itself, including the programme, line-up, venue, safety and conduct of the event. The seller sells the tickets as merchant of record and does not run the event unless we say so on the event page.

6. Delivery

Tickets are delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped. See our Delivery policy.

7. Cancellation, postponement and refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund policy. In short, if an event is cancelled you receive a full refund including fees. Otherwise tickets are not refundable, except as that policy provides for postponed events.

8. Legal restrictions

Entry is subject to the event's age and venue rules. The organiser may refuse entry to anyone who does not meet them, and the ticket is then not refundable except as our Refund policy provides.

9. Export restrictions

None. Tickets are digital admission tickets and nothing is shipped or exported.

10. Questions and disputes

If you have a problem with an order, write to events@cliccash.com first. We will work with you, and with the organiser where needed, to resolve it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law that applies to you and cannot be waived.

11. Governing law

The law that governs your order depends on its seller, shown at checkout and on your receipt:

  • if the seller is ClicCash Limited, these terms and the sale are governed by the laws of Antigua and Barbuda, and the courts of Antigua and Barbuda have jurisdiction;
  • if the seller is ClicCash Technologies Canada Ltd., these terms and the sale are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Quebec have jurisdiction.

Either is subject to any mandatory rule that gives you a different forum.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
