Refund policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy applies to every ticket sold through ClicCash Events. The seller is the one shown at checkout and on your receipt.
Who we are
ClicCash Events is operated by the ClicCash group, made up of:
- ClicCash Limited, Unit 16, Royal Palm Place, Friars Hill Road, St. John's, Antigua and Barbuda (Company No. C0388/2024); and
- ClicCash Technologies Canada Ltd., 3435 Rue Drummond, Montreal, QC H3G 1X8, Canada.
The seller of your order is shown at checkout and on your receipt. That seller is the merchant of record for your order.
At a glance
- Event cancelled: full refund, including fees.
- Event postponed: your ticket stays valid for the new date. You may instead ask for a refund within 14 days of the announcement.
- Ticket not delivered or not working: replacement, or a full refund including fees.
- Anything else: no refund.
1. Event cancelled
If an event is cancelled, every ticket for it is refunded in full, including the customer fees you paid.
2. Event postponed
If an event is postponed to a new date:
- your ticket stays valid for the new date, and you do not need to do anything; or
- you may ask for a refund within 14 days of the announcement of the postponement. After that period, the ticket is no longer refundable.
A refund for a postponed event covers the ticket price only. Customer fees are not refunded.
3. All other cases
If your ticket is not delivered, or does not work at entry through no fault of yours, we will replace it or refund you in full, including fees.
Tickets are otherwise not refundable. That includes a change of mind, being unable to attend, a lost, stolen or unused ticket, and ticket codes shared or posted by the buyer.
4. Customer fees
Customer fees are refundable only when the event is cancelled, or when your ticket is not delivered or does not work through no fault of yours.
5. How refunds are paid
- Refunds go back to the original card, in the currency charged (EC$ or US$).
- They are issued within 10 business days of the cancellation announcement or, for a postponement, of your valid refund request. How soon the credit appears on your statement depends on your card issuer.
6. How to ask for a refund
For a postponed event, email events@cliccash.com within the 14-day period. Include your order number and the email address used for the order. If you need help with any other question about a refund, write to the same address.
7. Cancellation and exchange of tickets
Because tickets are refundable only as set out above, a paid order cannot be cancelled for a refund. Tickets cannot be exchanged between nights or tiers unless the organiser announces an exchange.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under consumer protection law that applies to you and cannot be waived. See also our Terms of sale.
